Policies
Invoice: DO NOT send payment until you receive an invoice.
Payment: At this time, we only accept checks, money orders, and cash as payment. All orders must be paid in full before your product will be shipped.
Shipping: All listed prices do not include shipping. Shipping will be added on the invoice. Once shipped, S and E Railcar Parts is not responsible for loss or damage. We ship Via USPS flat rate box.
Delivery to Rides: Meet us at an excursion that we attend and avoid the shipping costs. We will deliver parts to any ride we attend free of charge.
Return policy: No returns after 30 days. 20% restock fee on all returns. Buyer pays shipping.
Right of Refusal: S and E Railcar Parts holds the rights to refuse service as we may see fit.
